Mom and Dad's close friends Brian (aka Duclos) and Becky got married in Traverse City, Michigan in July, so Mom and Dad had our first getaway weekend without Kins. Mom had mixed emotions about being away, but it made it much easier that Kinsley was in the capable hands of Nana and Papa! Here are a few quick pictures of our first weekend away!

| Surprisingly, Traverse City has a bunch of fun wineries, so Mom and Dad headed there as soon as we got into town! Here we are at Chateau Chantal...beautiful views of Lake Michigan! |
The next day we drove over to Sleeping Bear Dunes, which is a collection of enormous sand dunes around Lake Michigan. Who knew? So pretty!

| They also have a medium sized dune that the tourists can climb...not going to lie, it was a little rough for Mom, but we made it to the top! Here is the view, and Val and Mickey almost at the top! |

| We all met up with the groom the night before the wedding and had a great time out! Of course yet again, I got no pics of the bride and groom at the wedding :( |
